Looking to level up my backyard game. Any recommendations for a solid outdoor pool table? I need something that can brave the elements rain, wind, heat but still delivers a smooth play. What brands or models have you all had success with? Also any maintenance tips to keep it looking sharp year round? Game on!

Man an outdoor pool table. That's a cool way to enjoy the backyard. I have seen some nice ones made with aluminum frames that really hold up. Whatever you get, a heavy-duty waterproof cover will be your best friend for keeping it looking good through all kinds of weather.

We have the Imperial! it is pretty good and has aluminum frames and waterproof playing surfaces. I guess just invest in a waterproof cover and maybe even consider adding a secondary tarp over the fitted cover for extreme protection from different weathers.

That's a good question to ask before you spend your money. A cover is your first line of defense and getting the right one is key to keeping that table in good shape.

Those leatherette covers will keep the rain off, but the real acid test is how they hold up to the sun year after year. The main weakness of that material is that it can get brittle and crack after a lot of direct UV exposure.
